Cancellation Policy
To cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing, and we might not be able to accommodate your request. If the cancellation is confirmed within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely. If an item is defective or physically damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Packaging damage alone (such as dented boxes) with the product still intact does not qualify as a damaged item.

To report a damaged item, email us at Contact.ommico@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, Ommico cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as shipping carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Ommico is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours of the order being placed, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
