At Ommico, we’re delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times:
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order is dispatched. Below is an estimate based on your country of residence:

  • USA: 5 - 10 business days
  • UK: 7 - 14 business days
  • Australia: 10 - 20 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 - 30 business days

Please be aware that during holidays or peak periods, shipping carriers may experience delays, and there could be customs delays for international orders. These situations are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It’s essential that you provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing or even lead to cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, we will email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t receive a response, we may need to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at Contact.ommico@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them after this time frame.

Delayed Delivery:
We know how important it is to receive your order promptly, and we work hard to ensure timely shipping. However, factors like weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or courier issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any such delays and do everything possible to assist.

Ommico is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions or customs issues. While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, we will do our best to update you on your order status and help resolve any problems.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after it’s handed to the courier, please contact us at Contact.ommico@gmail.com, and we will assist you in contacting the courier to file a claim. Though this situation falls outside our refund policy, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement if your package is not recovered. We also recommend filing a police report for lost or stolen packages.
